We are an American-based company and only employ skilled crochet artists and hair system designers to handcraft our hair systems. Our partner facilities are based in 3 countries which guarantees an ease of access to beautiful hair of all types.

How long will it take?

We have a 30-day production timeline. This is one of the benefits that we can offer you, we promise to get you quality hair fast. We have diligently built our global supply chain and staffed our production teams with tenured experts to ensure our timeline. It is important to note that shipping occurs after the 30 days, so most systems will be delivered in about 40-45 days, including this.

2. If you know all of your details you can fill out the order form at the end of this blog and send it in with any hair templates/molds, swatches, or old hair systems. We will reach out to you as soon as your package arrives and get the order started.

3.  If you do not know the details of your hair system, that is not a problem! Do you have an old hair system that we can duplicate? Send it in; this is an excellent option to ensure a great outcome – keep in mind - we can even improve your old systems with your feedback and requests.
