    Step 1: Sending Us Your Information

    At Your Hair Matters, we aim to make the transition as seamless as possible. The best and most straightforward approach for ordering a new hair system is to have a spare hair system and send it to us for an exact duplication. Sending in your spare hair system allows us to correctly identify your hair system dimensions, the base type, and any other unit specifics. If you are worried that your spare hair system is faded, you would also send a hair sample of the correct color alongside the hair system. We also offer hair systems to be cut/styled before sending and add tape to the areas assigned by you with no extra charge.

    Step 2: Getting Pricing and Payments

    As for pricing, we can provide the price of your system if you are able to send a photo from the underside and the approximate width and length of your hair system, and other details. Pricing only varies depending on the hair length, base type, grey percentage over 30%, and hair density. Most hair systems are at Medium Density, equating to 120%, which is typical for most male units. As for females, we prefer a 130% minimum, but of course, this is up to you.
